Back at home...

relaxing with daddy after a weekend of travel

I'm ready for some warm weather...come on Spring!

My 2nd Trip to Iowa!

Mommy's cousin was married on Saturday, April 2nd.  We packed up the car on Friday morning and headed down to mommy's hometown of Calamus, IA.  Mommy and daddy said I was a pretty good traveler.  I slept most of the time that we were driving.  When I was awake I smiled at and talked to mommy since she was keeping me company in the back seat.  While we were in Iowa we were able to spend time with lots of my extended family.  I was pretty social except when it came to the noisy reception...sorry Jennie and Austin, but I had to ditch out early from the party;)

On Saturday morning, daddy took me outside since it was so nice out.  This was my first time being outside without being all bundled and covered up in my carseat.  While we were out I got to see grandpa Jeff's cows!

Grandma Dodie & Grandpa Jeff brought me back a summer outfit
complete with this visor from their trip to Alabama.
